Program Coordinator

I grew up in rural Michigan and went to college in Detroit, Michigan where I received my Bachelor's of Public Affairs. There, I served my first term with AmeriCorps as a Precinct Leader for the AmeriCorps Urban Safety Program. After earning my degree, I continued my education by receiving my Master's of Public Administration before moving to Los Angeles with the hope of getting involved in climate action. Moving to California led to me serving my first term with the California Climate Action Corps as a School Recycling Project Coordinator with LA County's Public Works Department, and I returned for a second term as a Team Leader. I believe strongly in the incredible work our fellows do throughout the state to mitigate the worsening impacts of climate change, and I’m excited to continue to support the program as a Program Coordinator. Outside of work and climate action, I enjoy photography, design, live music, and playing Magic the Gathering.
