Rola has 15+ years of experience in program design and management, specializing in workforce development, sustainability, renewable energy, lean six sigma, and small business development. Rola is the Director of California Climate Action Corps, one of the largest AmeriCorps programs in California focused on climate actions in frontline communities. She is passionate about helping others discover their pathways and reach their own potential. Rola also teaches Lean Six Sigma and Project Management courses at LA Trade Tech College to share her knowledge and experience about approaches and techniques to problem-solving and efficiency. Rola earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in International Studies in Shanghai, China. A native of Tunisia, Rola speaks four languages and is a proud mother of Majdoline (5 years) and Sophia (3 years).
