Sierra has an outdoor education, nonprofit development, community engagement, and volunteer management background. She is passionate about helping people grow in their roles and making her community a better place through advocacy, training, and leadership development. A graduate of Sonoma State with a B.S. in International Business. This is her third cohort working with the California Climate Action Corps. She loves traveling, eating Japanese food and tacos, and spending time outdoors with her partner and daughter, JJ, who was born in 2022.
