Tinuviel Carlson is a Project Manager with The Energy Coalition (TEC) located in their Oakland office. She supports the Education and Workforce Development initiatives, including statewide Environmental STEAM curricula for TK-12 programs across California. She is responsible for updating and developing curricula, program engagement and enrollment, partnerships development, and planning and facilitating events! Furthermore, at TEC she manages a partnership with Bay Area Community Resources to support the California Climate Actions Corps Fellowship program. Here she supports the placement and mentorship of Fellows and guides the team in supporting the program. Before her current TEC role, Tinuviel worked as a CivicSpark Climate Fellow with the City of Antioch. She worked with numerous public agencies to develop and expand climate programs across the Bay Area and increase the capacity of local governments. Tinuviel holds a B.A in International Studies with a concentration in Environment and Development, and a double minor in Latin American and Legal Studies from the University of San Francisco. She enjoys cooking elaborate meals, exploring, and spending time outside with her dog in her spare time!
